Alle Passagiere mussten ihr Gepäck auf den Schoß nehmen. Dies war im Angebot nicht erwähnt und somit entsprach die gebuchte und bezahlte Dienstleistung nicht den Tatsachen. Einige Gäste klagten anschließ...”
